Who is responsible for your information?
PCR Plumbers Ltd (company number 15342078), whose registered office is 14 Great Close, Cawood, Selby, England, YO8 3UG, is responsible for personal information collected through this website. Questions can be sent to support@pcrplumbers.com.
Heating health check
The Heating Health Check collects your name, email address, postcode, heating-system details, answers and result. We use this information to provide your report, understand local demand and improve our heating-care services.
Marketing consent is optional. You receive the same result whether or not you agree to marketing. If you consent, PCR may send occasional heating tips, reminders and relevant offers. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Booking and contact enquiries
Our website enquiry form collects your name, phone number, email address, postcode, heating-system type and description of the work. We use these details to respond to your request and take steps towards providing the service you ask for. Requests are stored in our website database and emailed through our existing 20i/Stackmail service to our office. We also send an acknowledgement to your email address. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing and does not confirm an appointment. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information.
Booking requests are completed through ServiceM8. ServiceM8 processes the information entered into its secure form so PCR can respond, arrange work and manage appointments.
Website analytics and cookies
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the website, including page views and actions such as clicking a telephone number, email link or booking link. This helps us improve our information and customer journeys.
Analytics is disabled unless you give permission. We do not enable Google advertising storage or advertising personalisation through this website. You can reject analytics without affecting the website and can change your decision at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Analytics information may include the page visited, general referral or campaign source, device information and interaction events. We configure the website not to send names, contact details or Heating Health Check answers to Google Analytics.
How long we keep information
Website service and repair enquiries marked “Closed — no job” become eligible for permanent deletion from our website database six calendar months after that closure. Routine cleanup runs while the application is active and catches up when it restarts or Admin is opened. New, reviewed, contacted and booked-job enquiries are not deleted by this rule. A retention hold, outstanding email delivery or active email processing also prevents automatic deletion. PCR reviews these protected records separately and keeps them only as needed to respond, manage work or meet legal obligations.
Authorised administrators can correct an enquiry’s management status, reopen it, place it on hold or permanently erase its website record in response to an appropriate request. Deletion from the website does not delete copies already sent to email inboxes, records in ServiceM8 or provider backups. Those copies have separate retention and deletion arrangements; contact support@pcrplumbers.com to discuss access, correction or erasure across our systems.
Health-check submissions without marketing consent are normally deleted after 90 days. If you consent to marketing, we keep the record until you unsubscribe or after 24 months without engagement, whichever comes first, unless a longer period is needed for an active customer relationship or legal obligation.
Sharing and security
We do not sell personal information. We only share it with service providers where necessary to operate the website, manage bookings or deliver PCR services, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw consent. Contact PCR using the details above. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
