Essentials covers servicing, priority support and discounted repair labour. Complete adds no call-out charges for breakdowns and parts and labour for specified repairs, subject to the plan’s terms.

How our care plans work
By signing up via GoCardless, your monthly payment is taken securely and automatically. Once active, your property is immediately placed on our Priority Register. When your annual service is due, our system automatically alerts Ann in the office, who will contact you to arrange a convenient time for Pete or Alex to visit. It's completely hassle-free.
